Richard Lamb was described by The Institute of Leadership and Management, of which he is a Founder Fellow, as 'a Man with a Mission'. He has a 'no nonsense' and 'keep it simple' approach; a serious team builder who inspires vision and is totally focused on delivering results. With over thirty years of senior management experience and a very impressive track record, Richard has created many successful businesses of his own and helped many other businesses achieve outstanding success. He was awarded Fellowship of the Institute of the Motor Industry for his significant achievements within the Automotive After Market sector, became a Life Fellow of the Institution of British Engineers and has been their Vice President since 2004. His successful business ventures have included an Avionics Company, a Marketing and Manufacturers Agency, Bosch Automotive Dealership, Retail Mail Order Supply Company and Metrological Equipment Distributor and Retailer. Now having successfully sold his businesses, Richard is heading up the SBS team to help other businesses achieve their aspirations.
