Patricia Houguez - MILM. AMCIPD. For many years prior to working in HR, Patricia held senior roles in commerce and finance at the sharp end. This, together with her experience in HR as both Manager and Consultant, and her Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Membership of the Institute of Leadership and Management, have ensured that Patricia has the knowledge, the theory, and the practical experience of having been involved in every aspect of HR. During the last twenty-two years, she has lead many companies through a variety of demanding projects. These have included recruitment, induction, performance management, management training, the grievance and disciplinary processes (up to and including tribunal cases), redundancy, dismissal, and mentoring major staff change. Acting ethically, confidentially, ensuring legal-compliance, and promoting 'best-practice' are her key values. Of particular note is Patricia's ability to operate at different levels, either by acting as the complete practitioner, or by providing management coaching as she delivers the solution.
